UH TechniqueTM (Ultra Hyalurolift) has been specially designed to biostimulate the skin and provide an immediate and long-lasting lifting effect.
It involves the administration of noncrosslinked hyaluronic acid of two molecular weights into the adjacent layers of the dermis, stimulating multilayer tissue regeneration. It is applied in safe zones, around ligaments to support and elevate them, achieving a natural lifting effect.

BI -DENS®

It is composed of stabilized, non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, INNO-CE® BI-DENS 2.5 stands out for its unique combination of two molecular weights: 1.8 MDa and 4 MDa. When administered following the UH Technique™ guidelines, this product provides structural support to facial ligaments, helping to lift tissues and counteract sagging. Additionally, it stimulates natural biological processes that enhance fibroblast activity and promote collagen production.
The specific characteristics of this product make it the perfect candidate for this technique.
1.8 MDa HA deeply biostimulates the skin, increasing density and improving quality and appearance.
4 MDa HA applies pressure on ligaments, providing an immediate lifting effect.
PATIENT WITH VOLUME DEFICIT IN TEMPLES
Injection points per side:
2 cm lateral and 2 cm above the outer eye corner (center of the temporal fossa).
Below the lower temporal ligament, 1 cm behind the zygomatic prominence.
1 cm behind point 2.
1 cm behind point 3.
Between the orbital retention and zygomatic ligaments, past the zygomatic prominence.
1.5 cm in front of the tragus.
1 cm below point 6.
At the gonion.
On the diagonal line from gonion to inner eye corner, 1 cm below point 8.
0.5 cm below the oral commissure.
PATIENT WITH VOLUME IN TEMPLES
If the patient presents volume in the temples, replace Point 1 with a final point at the chin (per side).
Inject 0.15 ml per point slowly, in the very superficial subdermal tissue at a depth of 4–5 mm.
The syringe is calibrated in 10 divisions of 0.3 ml; inject half a division per point.
This technique seeks placing the HA in layers adjacent to the dermis to stimulate multilayer regeneration and a lifting effect. It is performed in anatomically safe areas (regarding vascular and nerve paths).
Local anesthesia is not required, as discomfort is minimal.
Use a total of 3 ml per face, with 1.5 ml applied to each side.
