GENERAL T&C AND CONDITIONS – INNOAESTHETICS VERIFIER
Welcome to the application Innoaesthetics Verifier (hereinafter « APP »). You agree to read and accept, without limitation or reservation, this document (hereinafter “T&C”) by ticking the box provided for this purpose when /you first connect to Innoaesthetics Verifier. You also undertake to read the personal data and cookies charter available on this APP. Please note that if you visit other Innoaesthics company app or web, different general T&C and conditions of use and policies related to personal data protection, or any other document relating to the protection of personal data, apply to these app/web. It is recommended that you carefully read their legal notices.

2. Definitions
Expressions identified by capitalization in the T&C have the following meanings, whether used singular or plural:
- “User”: refers to any person who takes a picture of a product through Innoaesthetics Verifier.
- “Contribution”: refers to any type of content (in particular text and images) published by a User on Innoaesthetics Verifier.
- “Innoaesthetics Verifier publisher”: refers to LABORATORIO INNOAESTHETICS, S.L.
3. Access and registration
T&C have been developed to govern Innoaesthetics Verifier use.
Any User of Innoaesthetics Verifier must respect the principles established by the T&C which define a general and common framework for all to avoid inappropriate use of the APP. They apply to all the features of Innoaesthetics Verifier.
3.1 Conditions of access to Innoaesthetics Verifier
Each User acknowledges to comply with the T&C and the laws in force, and in particular:

4. Use and Undertakings of the User
4.1 Use of Innoaesthetics Verifier
On Innoaesthetics Verifier, the User will have the possibility to:
- Use its camera to scan a QR code.
- Obtain general information of the product associated to the QR code.
- Report any issue and suspicious products using a dedicated form (by inputting location of purchase, telephone or email address, description of the problem and share pictures).
- Access various content, promo and marketing campaigns by being redirected to dedicated website using an hyperlink.
4.2 Undertakings of the User
The User acknowledges that:
- The T&C apply to any who use Innoaesthetics Verifier.
- Each user is identified and speaks on his/her behalf.
- Users are personally and legally responsible for the content, comments and information they choose to share or distribute via Innoaesthetics Verifier.
The User also undertakes to:
- Protect personal data in accordance with applicable law. It shall refrain from any use that would be contrary to the regulations in force, public order and morality.
- Provide accurate, complete, sincere, unambiguous information and ensure, as necessary, that it is updated in the event of changes.
- Have all the rights and authorizations necessary to provide the information and content published.
4.3 Rules relating to User’s Contributions
Users must ensure the quality and relevance of their Contributions. Users are advised to support their assertions with reliable and tangible references. Users are reminded that their Contributions may not be attributed to any of the Company’s companies and engage the Company’s liability.
Users undertake not to make any comments or share any content that is manifestly illicit, in particular of a racist, xenophobic, discriminatory, malicious, rude, abusive, defamatory, hateful, obscene or violent nature. They must also refrain from infringing the rights of third parties: respect for privacy, intellectual property and personal data.
They shall ensure that they have all the rights and authorizations required to publish the Contribution, in particular with regard to Article 5 below. For example, if the Contribution in question is protected by copyright and the User does not have the necessary rights and authorizations (from the author or beneficiaries) to publish it, the User may only publish the hypertext link to the protected content.
Subjects such as sexuality, politics, criminal activities, drugs, alcohol and tobacco, gambling and religion are prohibited, as is the use of the Website’s functionalities for commercial and advertising purposes.
5. Intellectual property
5.1. Principle
All information or documents (texts, animated or static images, sounds, photographs, know-how, quoted products) displayed on Innoaesthetics Verifier as well as all elements created for Innoaesthetics Verifier and its general structure, are either the property of Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher or Laboratorio Innoaesthetics company, or are subject to use, reproduction and representation rights that have been granted to such. These information, documents and items are subject to laws protecting copyright insofar as they have been made available to the public on this App clip. No license or any right other than to view Innoaesthetics Verifier has been granted to any person with respect to intellectual property rights. Reproduction of App clip documents is authorized solely as information for personal and private usage. Any reproduction and any use of copies made for other purposes is expressly prohibited.
5.2. Distinguishing Marks
Unless otherwise stated, company names, logos, products and brands quoted on Innoaesthetics Verifier are the property of Laboratorio Innoaesthetics company, or are subject to use, reproduction or representation rights that have been granted for their benefit. They may not be used without the prior written consent of Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher.
5.3. Databases
Any databases made available to you are the property of Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher, which has the status of database producer. You are prohibited from extracting or reusing any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial part of the databases, including for private purposes.
5.4. Photos – Videos Credits
Every photos belong to Laboratorio Innoaesthetics.
Every videomotions belong to the provider of Innoaesthetics Verifier, Scribos.
5.5. User’s Contributions
Contributions are made free of charge and do not entitle the User to any remuneration. By publishing a Contribution on the Website, the User guarantees to be the author of the Contribution or to hold the authorization rights to publish it.
6. Hyperlinks
6.1. Activation of links
Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher formally declines any liability for the content of Innoaesthetics Verifiers to which it provides links. Please consult the general conditions of use and the personal data and cookies policy, or any other document relating to the protection of personal data, of these apps/webs in order to understand their practices. The decision to activate the links is made solely by the Users. Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher may modify or delete a link on the APP at any time.
6.2. Authorization of links
If you wish to create a hypertext link to this App, you must obtain the prior written consent of Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher by using the contact details mentioned at the end of the T&C.
7. Formal Notice
7.1. Liability
Information and recommendations available on this App (hereinafter “Information”) are provided in good faith. They are supposed to be correct at the time they are published on Innoaesthetics Verifier. However, Innoaesthetics Verifier Publisher neither represents nor guarantees the completeness and accuracy of the Information. You fully assume the risks associated with the credit you give them.
